High Performance Gear Pumps
JLS offers high precision gear pumps capable of handling high pressures, temperatures, and viscosities. Three types are available:
Polymer Extraction
These pumps have a wide mouth inlet for discharging medium to high viscosity material under vacuum from a reactor.
- Viscosity to 40,000 Pas (40,000,000 cp)
- Temperature to 350°C (662°F)
- Inlet pressure from vacuum to 40 bar (580 psig)
- Differential pressure to 250 bar (3,225 psig)
Polymer Boost/Transfer
For gently transfering or boosting the pressure of pre-polymers and polymers.

- Viscosity to 40,000 Pas (40,000,000 cp)
- Temperature to 350°C (662°F)
- Inlet pressure from vacuum to 120 bar (1,740 psig)
- Differential pressure to 250 bar (3,225 psig)
Chemical
For conveying or metering fluids with low medium viscosity. Used in the chemical, cosmetic, food, petrochemical, and polymer industries. Magnetic coupling versions available.
- Viscosity from 0.5 to 10,000 Pas (10,000,000 cp)
- Temperature to 300°C (580°F)
- Inlet pressure from vacuum to 15 bar (215 psig)
- Differential pressure to 120 bar (1,740 psig)
